Bridge Ground Wire Hole

This small hole inside the larger bridge-post hole is for the earth (ground) wire connection.

Steps:

  1. Locate the small drilled hole inside the larger bridge-post hole.

  2. Feed the earth (ground) wire through the small hole from the control cavity side.

  3. Pull the wire through until enough length remains to make firm contact under the bridge post or metal hardware.

  4. Make sure the exposed end of the wire sits securely against the metal part when the bridge hardware is installed.

  5. Check that the wire is tight and properly positioned to ensure good grounding and reduce unwanted electrical noise.
